The producers of Sex and the City 2 are looking for non-speaking extras to play “chic New Yorkers” in the latest chapter in the SATC saga. Not only that, they’re looking for civilians, not pros, which means no SAG card is required.
The Open Call is looking for: “models, celebrity types, upscale socialites, urban clubgoers, gays and lesbians, international types (Middle Eastern, Arabic, Asian, European, British) and professional soccer players.”
Think you’ve got what it takes? Try your luck during the open call tomorrow, August 4, in New York City (Metropolitan Pavilion at 125 W. 18th St). If you can’t make it to the Chelsea casting tomorrow, just submit your headshot to Grant Wilfley Casting.
Now the casting directors are expecting wannabes to dress up “Sex and the City fabulous,” but you might also want to brush up on your SATC knowledge before you try your luck.
