Announcing Art+NYC!

Mark Rothko, Jackson Pollack, Yoko Ono, Roy Lichtenstein, Andy Warhol, Donald Judd, Cindy Sherman and Jeff Koons are nine artists who have helped define the New York art scene. In our new art guide to New York City, we explore the lives of each of these artists and their works as well as explore the different movements that each artists was a part of, from Neo Dadism to Video Art.
 
In addition to this crash course through modern and contemporary art history, Art+NYC includes guides and maps to the museums and galleries of each distinct New York neighborhood as well as extended travel chapters to the Hudson River Valley and East Hampton, where Pollack had his studio.
